A friends wife had a fall on a bus. They sent him a cctv dvd of the incident. The solicitors claim that some important information is not showing on the video.
We can not play the disc on our laptop disc drives. If we connect an external disc drive to the laptop it opens the disc and reads it as a movie file .mpeg with 3 video clips on it. We cannot play them.
Interestingly, when I put the disc into a playstation 3 it's read as a file. If i click on file it then opens up into the 3 videos and I can then play them on the PS3. The important information is there.
Any idea why it won't open up on the laptop and what's needed to make it work.
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
