How to start my automatic car?

Hi all,

So my brother bought this toyota for like 250$ i dont know why he did that but now hes away and I have to move the car every week so i dont get a ticket.

And the other day while i was on drive the car just stalled and since then it wont turn back on.

When i turn the key ignition nothing happens no click no sound no crank no nothing but the battery works the flasher the radio everything works.

Please help.
