Path Of Exile was cool concept when breach league was running - they were really better since they dropped rare.
Since breach is now more likely "endgame" exclusive, I would like to see mods pool change. Like only higher tiers or removed some bad ones or maybe adding few unique mods only for breach rings (different from elder/shaped items). You could reduce mods to 5 or 4. Finding a good one with double properties would be easier and not so op.
Also here a little tip, only works for when you don't mind bricking links though, use Vorici socket recipes to achieve huge amounts of off colour sockets (say you need like 4-5). Way more efficient money wise. On the topic of fuses, remember to trade jeweller's into fuses with Vorici daily, it's a small amount but it adds up.
When leveling up to maps (and in early maps), I have my loot filter set to show all 2x2 and 1x3 chrome poe items for trade, and I'll pick them up and sell them. Usually I'll have 100 chromes or so by the time I get to maps. Once I'm really chugging along, I'll prune my loot filter down to only 1x3 chrome items. Generally won't need more than a few hundred per character (that being said, i burned a couple hundred on my death's oath before giving up with that build).
For fusings, get vorici 6 asap, pick up every 6s poe items you find (vendors for 7 jewelers), and buy fuse from him every day (20 fuse for 64 jewelers). Generally though, the fastest (but not cheapest) way to get them is to farm content quickly and use your profits to buy them from currency flipping bots.
